Summer Pasta


Ingredients

·       Noodles

·       Olive Oil

·       Pepper 

·       Lemon Juice

·       Garlic Powder or Salt

·       Veggie toppings of choice 

(we used: tomato, mushroom, black olives, kale, 

spinach, corn, garbanzo beans, carrot and bell pepper) 

 

1.     Boil water with a touch of salt for the noodles. 

When water is boiling add the noodles until desired softness. 

2.     Cut up desired vegetables

3.     When noodles are finished, strain, rinse with cool water and

put back into the pot. Add olive oil, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice 

to taste for dressing.

4.     Add desired vegetables

5.     Enjoy!
