Breakfast Burrito

 Ingredients

·       JUST Egg 

·       Plant-based sausage

·       Kale

·       Mushroom

·       Tortilla

·       Pico De Gallo

 1.Put a tsp. of olive oil in a pan

2. Cut up kale and slice mushrooms

3. Add JUST egg to the pan and let saute for few mintues. 

4. Add veggies and mix together. Saute until kale and mushrooms are soft. 

     Sprinkle with salt & pepper

5. Warm tortilla in microwave or on stove

6. Add mix to tortilla and top with Pico. 

7. Enjoy!
