Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients 

·      200 g dark chocolate

·      ½ cup of peanut butter

·      2 tbsp maple syrup

·      4 tbsp of coconut oil, divided

Instructions

1.     Melt the chocolate with tbsp of coconut oil

2.     Line a muffin pan and pour 1-2 tbsp of chocolate at the bottom of liner

3.     Freeze for 5-10 min. until the chocolate sets

4.     Meanwhile, melt the peanut butter, 2 tbsp of coconut oil and maple syrup in the microwave or on stove and mix well

5.     Remove the cups from the freezer and pour about 2 tbsp of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate

6.     Freeze again for 5-10 min

7.     Remover from freezer and top with remaining chocolate. Freeze again until you enjoy!
