Chik’n Alfredo
Ingredients
· Olive oil
· Plant-based chik’n
· Fettuccine
· Plant-based alfedo sauce
· Kale
· Mushroom
· French bread
· Salt & pepper
· Plant-based butter
· garlic
1.Bring water in a pot to a boil and add noodles
2.Add tablespoon of olive oil to pan and saute chik’n pieces.
3.Slice mushroom and cut kale, add to the pan with the chik’n
4.Drain and rinse noodles when soft
5.Add Alfredo sauce to the pan once chik’n is browned and mushroom and kale are soft.
6. Toast french bread and add plant-based butter and garlic to the top
7. Top the noodles with sauce and Enjoy!
