Maya

Maya was our first rescue.

April 2016, we were contacted by a friend who said, Maya was in need of a new home. She was nearly a year old, had no muscle in her little body, an injured front leg, and had been picked on by little kids. She was a timid little sweetheart that Eric and I fell in love with at first sight. It wasn’t an easy transition for Luna, but they have come to be pretty good pals. Playing tug for hours and running through the hills together. Maya is our little adventurer. She loves all the other animals and can’t wait to help me feed everyone breakfast in the morning and put everyone to bed at night.
