Simple Green Salad

Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Kale

  • Tomato

  • Mushroom

  • Avocado

  • Bell Pepper

  • Garbanzo beans

  • Vegan shredded cheese

  • Black Olives

  • French Bread

  • Vegan Butter

  • Garlic

  • Black Pepper

  • (Can add vegan breaded chicken to the top, if desired)

Instructions

  1. Chop lettuce and kale to desired size, add to a large bowl

  2. Slice tomato, mushroom, avocado, bell pepper, and olives

  3. Add sliced vegetables and garbanzos to the greens and mix

  4. Sprinkle the vegan shredded cheese on top

  5. Sprinkle pepper on top

  6. Toast slices of the french bread, add butter and mince garlic on top

  7. (If want vegan chicken on top - bake per directions on package, cut into chucks and add to the top)

  8. Enjoy!
